Rodney leaves Atlantis but says in Pegasus?

Hello!
Are there any fics where Rodney leaves Atlantis (either being forced out or of his own accord) but stays in Pegasus? Not captured but staying in Pegasus to continue the fight against the Wraith?

I know I've read at least one but my brain is like a sieve so I can't remember the title or author!

I seem to remember that Rodney left Atlantis and everyone was looking for him but he needed to stay ahead of them because he would make them blow up or something. I don't remember any other details.

Ooooh! I remember that one but I don't think it's the one I was thinking of.

In the story I'm remembering, I think there was something in Rodney that would make other people's trackers blow up if they got too close so he had to avoid them.
