BDSM where someone *uses* their safeword

Someone in another fandom was looking for BDSM stories where the sub actually uses their safeword during play, and the Dom respects it. I could think of only two in SGA:

The Spaces Inside, by lavvyan

Something New, by cjandre

Interestingly, both are sub!Rodney stories -- possibly because it's part of his character that he doesn't trust people, or the universe, not to physically harm him.

Anyway, can you-all think of any others?

Hmmm. I know I've read at least two where John safeworded out - one fairly recently where he used RED because Rodney asked him a question and Rodney was surprised because it was just part of his 'is this ok?' sort of routine at the beginning.

The other I read less recently and it was due to a combat not-quite-flashback I think. I'll think about it and see I can find them.

Yes! "A Third Dimension to Traveling" is definitely one that was sort of niggling at the back of my mind: what pushes John too far is the dread *talk about feelings omg*.
