Whatever happened to Sora and Eldon?

 Does anyone know of any stories dealing with Sora(last seen in 'The Eye') and/or Eldon('Condemned') after they were last seen in the series? It's two loose ends that I'd really like to read solutions to.

Xander from Buffy ends up in the Pegasus universe, a prisoner of the Wraith. Slight spoilers: when he escapes, he lands on a planet with Sora. (the Rodney/Xander sequel is abandoned, I think)
