Ronon (and Teyla) injure John while under the influence in friendshipper's The Color of Stone (http://friendshipper.livejournal.com/39184.html). Dark/angsty, but hopeful ending, ~9400 words.

Thanks for the rec, and I seem to be having an awful time with tags. The first time I just tagged it as John and Ronan and did something wrong and the didn't show up. Then I tagged it again and left Johm and Ronan off for some reason! Thanks for the heads up.
