Exile From Atlantis but not leaving Pegasus

I realize I posted not even a week ago,and I am grateful for the wonderful response, but I was wondering if I could impose on you again to help me find some exile stories. While I remember reading one or two, I can remember no facts about them, hence the post in Genre instead of story finders. All I remember is Rodney and John either left of their own will,escaped or were forced to leave Atlantis and they choose to live out somewhere in the Pegasus Galaxy. I don't remember whether they came back to Atlantis at a later date,left on foot through the gate or took a jumper. So you see I'm light on facts, so anything about them leaving Atlantis to live in the Pegasus Galaxy would be great. I used the tag misc. because I don't think they were abandoned or stranded/isolated. I prefer McShep but I'm open to Gen.As always to my friends in the community, I say Please and Thank You.

I suppose the obvious one to me is Pegasus Purgatorio by MrsHamill. It was a big bang in 2009 but this version (http://www.hawksong.com/~thammill/SGA_Fic/purgatorio.htm) has been updated and added to.

They get abandoned in Pegasus during the evacuation and spend several years trying to get back to earth.

Auburn has a wonderful series called Green Sea (http://archiveofourown.org/series/468) where the team plus Kanaan and Torren escape Atlantis after John, Teyla, Torren & Ronan are imprisoned and slated to go back to earth for "study." They make their home in hiding on Ljósver, a planet at the edge of the Pegasus galaxy. McShep. Series is wip but stories are complete.
