Hi everyone.
I don't usually read John/Teyla, but I stumbled across http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6768950/1/Revelations_and_Expectations and the way that John and Torren interacted was adorable. So I was hoping you people could rec some of your favorite stories that have John and Torren interacting in some way, preferably with Torren seeing John as a father figure. Thanks

Firstly, I *love* that story- isn't it great? Hats off to any author that can make me really buy into John/Teyla in a non-pwp scenario. Just checking you've seen the prequel to R&E, The Bridge (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5930964/1/The_Bridge), since that also has some adorable John and Torren interaction.

Secondly, A Child's Insight (http://ltcoljsheppard.livejournal.com/10092.html) by ltcoljsheppard and Let it snow, let it snow (http://community.livejournal.com/sgahcchallenges/86970.html?thread=919994#t919994) by coolbreeze1 both have very sweet Daddy!John.

Thirdly- not exactly what you asked for, but if you haven't yet read Glimpse (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3843086/1/Glimpse) by rubycasper I'd suggest checking it out. I guess it was written before season 5, since Teyla's baby is a girl in this fic, but it's got the vibe I think you're looking for, with John being very Daddy-like to Teyla's kid. Plus, it's just a good story. :)

Also, I have other favorites bookmarked (http://www.delicious.com/Belas/char%28SGA%29:Torren), but be careful for the pairings if there are some you'd like to stay away from -- about half of them listed are gen!fic, but there are slash pairings as well as John/Teyla in there as well.
