AU Shrine

Are there any "Shrine"-related fics out there where someone other than Rodney is infected with the parasite? I would love if it was John, but I'll take anyone, really.

There's a story and a few snippets written by hestia_lacey here (http://hestia-lacey.livejournal.com/22613.html) and here (http://hestia-lacey.livejournal.com/tag/shrine) that have John being the one that was infected. Unfortunately, those are the only ones I know about, but they're really good.

If you don't mind a self pimp. While not an actual "AU" version of the Shrine. When I wrote “Tin Man” (http://kristen999.livejournal.com/339790.html#cutid1), it's what I had in mind.

The point of the story is Rodney and the team race against time to save John form whatever is slowly taking him away from them.
