You can also find Rodney/Radek (yay! one of my favest pairings ever!) fics at sgatlantislight's Newbie Guide: The Essential McKay Fics (http://sgatlantislight.livejournal.com/95281.html), just scroll down for the pairing. The two best stories from there are, without a doubt, the marvelous julad's "Absurdity Theory" and "The Secret Life of Scientists". Neither is too h/c or has Radek in a primarily controling role, but they're must-reads for this pairing. ^.^
