good Rodney fic

Hi, I'm looking for storyes, where Rodney takes command(its so hot!),Rodney leads Atlantis, or the people (it can be people on atlantis or SG1- i like SG1, its shame they dond see how kick ass Rodney is) admire,  respect and appreciate him, realize how much they need him….
Oh, I almost forgot I would like ffic where Atlantis favourites him (he does all the work)

I would love everything, I do not care if its slash or not
