Season 1 AU - The Storm/The Eye and Rising

I got all nostalgic today and rewatched some classic S1 episodes... which of course got me wondering what if some of the outcomes were different in Rising and the Eye? E.g. What if the Genii succeeded in seizing Atlantis, or failing that, took Weir, McKay or Sheppard back as prisoners? What if Summer lived or didn't get caught in the first place, or the Atlantis expedition never allied with the Athosians?!

Anyone with any good old S1 AU recs out there? Thank a bunch! -lis
