Elope, Diabetes and Family

I'd love to read the following:


1) they elope

2) that deal with Rodney having diabetes (the serious kind that acts up when he's angry/scared/not watching out for regular eating)

3)  Rodney mentioning/talking about his past and what happened with his family that he doesnt like them

thank you for your help! i thought illness is the wrong word since its not a temporary sickness (i'm not english speaking by native; sorry if i got it worng) but more like a medical condition...
