Well I've just read That's What Friends Do by Enola Jones and was wondering if there were any other fics out there that have Rodney or John going temporarily deaf I'm not picky on which one. Mcshep only please. Thanks

This is an awesome one:

Don't know if you'll see this a few days after the event but try Blackout Conditions (http://whizzy.livejournal.com/644084.html) by whizzy, part of the very long and very excellent Black Helicopters AU (I think it's about number six or seven in the series). The temporary deafness element in it, and its repercussions for John and Rodney, is all kinds of wonderful.
