Vegas and Phantoms fics and McDex

I'm looking for a few different things.

1) Vegas fics that elaborate on the Atlantis expedition, Rodney's team, his relationship with Ronon and Teyla, etc. Sheppard can be included, but cookies for fics that take place before they find him, showing how their Atlantis evolved without him there in the first place.

2) Any fics that deal with the repercussions of John shooting Rodney and Ronon in Phantoms?

3) AU McDex fics, either slash or friendship. I remember a snippet from a five-things type story where Rodney and Ronon were space pirates, and I'm looking for anything like that. Or, even McDex fics where they somehow knew each other before Atlantis.
