John's sense of abandonment- Irresistible

Are there any stories that deal specifically with John's feelings of abandonment during Irresistible? I know there are several (great!) stories about AU endings to Irresistible where Lucius and/or the Atlantis team sent Sheppard to another planet or the mainland, or where he was hurt in some way but I'm looking for a bit more of a specific type. It's okay if it is AU as long as John's feelings are a main focus.
