Hi, I'm hoping you can help me find some stories that deal with Rodney avoiding John or giving him the silent treatment.  Hopefully it would not be resolved quickly.

One of the best I've found is Second Fiddle by Azrael. I don't know if it's exactly what you want but Rodney does ignore John, quits the team and John gets all depressed. And it's looong. Unfortunately it's also a WIP. But it's TBCed in an okay place, not in the middle of the action so to speak. Well...ish.
