John has kids

I'm looking for stories where John has kid(s). Not ones where him and Rodney use an ancient device, or Mpreg. I don't mind AU fics, but I'm really in the mood to read ones where they are still on Atlantis. Especially ones where no one knew about John having a child. I really like the cliche: Everyone finds out about John's kid while on Atlantis, or at least the team does. (If there are some of those out there.) However, at this point, I'm not really picky.  I'll read het, gen and McShep.
