I'm a sucker for caravan-fic, I admit it. So load me up with your favorite "long trip over rough terrain in/on/by cart." They can be heading to a foreign market bazaar (double points) or kidnapped or trying to get home or whatever. The ones I've read have mostly involved unwilling travelers  (such as Seven Walls), but any will do.
Bonus double word score for McShep!

Sheppard/OMC (NC-17-ish and 98% of the story), John/Rodney (PG-ish and 2% of the story). In my eyes it's a dub-con.

During a routine mission to check out an off-world Ancient lab, team Shep is cut off from Atlantis when the stargate is buried beneath a ton of rubble. There's another way off the planet, but getting there will not be easy.

For some off-roading of-a-sort, there's kriadydragon's "Dogs of War" -- http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4811315/1/Dogs_of_War (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4811315/1/Dogs_of_War) -- which has John & team stealing an 'alien' vehicle to make their escape cross-country to the Gate after having been taken prisoner to be sold off. There is no pairing in this story.
