I believe there are two that sort of fit what you're looking for at Area 52. They're both by the same author and I believe it's in three parts and the first two are McDex but the third part is either McDexShep or... McShep. But the first two parts of it would fit the requirements. Sorry but don't remember the author but I don't remember it being difficult to find.
