However, if you PM us via LJ, please make sure you don't have your privacy options set to disallow messages from strangers. It's a bit frustrating to compose a reply to your inquiry, only to find we can't actually send it. Let us help you!

LOL Sheesh, looks like folks are full of questions today. (On the up side it looks like this time I wasn't asked the same ones at the same time without knowing you were asked as well, so I won't finish composing a nice reply, send it off, and then refresh my f-list only to see that the issue had already been resolved on your end. Being made to waste my time like that doesn't make me grumpy at all, obviously.)
