I was wondering if anyone could help me with three fic requests.

1) Sentient Atlantis, with heavy emphasis on Rodney. Preferably nothing where she/he/it is evil and vindictive, just there and maybe helping Rodney out or something.

2) Rodney masterminds (or takes a huge role) in Atlantis leaving the care of Earth. I don't really mind what reason, and I've read the fic Finding Home (finding the way home?), and I would like something similiar, with Rodney making the majority of the plans or something. Or something where Rodney takes leadership of Atlantis for some reason and is actually really good at it.

3) Fics based off the episode Hot Zone, at least I think that's the one I was thinking of, the one where a virius is released and everyone without the gene is affected. Or fics based around that general idea.

2.b.) Transcendental (http://www.intimations.org/fanfic/stargate/transcendental.html) by astolat (~45,700 words, McShep) and Adrift (http://sgabigbang.talkoncorners.net/?view=fic&id=92) by cypher (~86,800 words, McShep and other pairings) feature Rodney in charge of Atlantis and oddly competent at it.

3) sga_episodefic should have some of what you're looking for.
