Season 4 fics

Hey All,

I had an idea - mods please thwap me if this is against the rules.


Season four has started and I am *needing* some season-four fics, but I know the net (like space) is vast and I'm going to miss some.  So I was wondering if I could start this thread for good season four fics and people could post to it as they come up.  It'll be tagged as 'episode related' and so easily found.

What do you all (looks at mods) think?

The only fics I know of so far are over at mcsmoochso I'll reply to this thread with those links.  Does anyone else know any new season four fics?  


Edit: it's been pointed out that this is a really general question without even a pairing to give it direction.  Personally I tend to read McShep, and most the posts so far are McShep, so even though I know it'll cut people how how about we limit this post to McShep only?  

If that's not specific enough I can give up on this particular idea and simply reference for episode-specific fics at a later date.  I realize that posting everything here would build up pretty quickly.  Thoughts?

The comm has nothing in the rules against such a post, and I'm not against it. That's the good part. The bad part is that the post itself is too general - you're not asking for fic recs, nor did you specify which main genres (gen, het, slash) and pairings, if applicable, you're looking for. Please edit you post to make it more specific, as the stories your recced and the others so far come with very little, if any, descriptions, and the rest of us readers like to know what kind of story we're clicking on. I think that if you edited your post to make it more specific it'll make it easier on everyone.

Also, do you know sga_newsletter? There are daily posts of every pertaining to the SGA fandom, including lists or all the stories posted each day. Most of the new stories are S4-related lately, so if you just keep track of the new stuff you shouldn't miss much. (The comm also has a del.icio.us account, for extra easy fic-finding.)

Very good points, thank you. I know the newsletter - though for some reason my browser hates to upload it, even though it can do greater volume sites - but I didn't know it had a delicious account. That'd be much easier to search.

Hmm, going to think of how to edit this post. But thanks again for the points!

sga_newsletter does have a lot links which can make loading difficult, but if you "join" or "watch" the comm you will get the daily posts on your friends page, and a single post is much easier to load.
