Radek to the Rescue!

okay, I looked through the Radek tag and didn't see a request like this so...

I'm in the mood to read stories where Radek is the one to save the day within the fic. Maybe it's as simple as him having an epi pen on hand at the right moment, maybe he's working beside Rodney or another scientist and they manage to fix something at the last minute, maybe it's like that episode where Atlantis is stuck between planets in space and he leaps over a gap and repairs something though he's injured (or his suit is leaking air), whatever. It could even be "Radek's help is the only reason John/Rodney got past that argument/fight kind of thing." Whether his contribution to saving the day is big or small, I want to see it. Any pairing or no pairing at all is fair game, just note the pairing(s) in the link so I know what I'm diving into. Thanks.

Can this story still be found anywhere? I found mentions of it elsewhere saying it's about Radek becoming a Runner and it sounds amazing. Unfortunately the author took the story down from wraithbait -.-

Thank you so much! I only found the first couple of chapters via wayback and was afraid I wouldn't get to read the rest of the story when I had just gotten invested. Off to continue my reading experience :)

julad wrote two awesome Rodney/Radek fics with an awesome Radek in them; in one he's mostly a competent, equal participant in the thinky thoughts he does with Rodney over their shared problem (Absurdity Theory (http://www.yearningvoid.net/stories/julad/000083.html)) and in the other (The Secret Life of Scientists (http://www.yearningvoid.net/stories/julad/000082.html), AU-ish retelling of the show's first season) he's the one who comes up with a working Hail Mary plan near the end.
