Looking for stories where the Replicator-made duplicates of the team from "This Mortal Coil" survive, are safe to bring aboard Atlantis, and are integrated with the rest of the expedition.
Hi! Not exactly what you're looking for, but as nobody else seems to have found something for you, maybe you'll like The Magical Number Seven (Plus or Minus Two) by general_jinjur. The replicator team is very important in it.
The Magical Number Seven (Plus or Minus Two) (http://sgabigbang.talkoncorners.net/?view=fic&id=99)
These are the ones I have bookmarked. I really like This Mortal Coil AU stories and there are just too few of them.

"This Mortal Coil" based fic, where Repli!Elizabeth and John's replicator!team survive the end of the episode. What are their stories of adventure'.
http://community.livejournal.com/sga_flashfic/748163.html Title: Taking Arms Against a Sea of Troubles Author: skeddy_kat Gen, character death, sad What if one of the duplicates survived the jumper crash?
http://community.livejournal.com/sga_episodefic/118896.html Title: Rolling with the Punches Author: Sunnyd_lite Gen What happens to the team if they become rolling stones? With no satisfaction in sight.
I think it's a great source of fanfic material. Having the original team deal with having doubles around, having the duplicates deal with the fact that they are not the original team but instead identical twins, the possibility of renaming them, etc.
OK, found another (really good) one, although still not completely about 'integration on Atlantis', but I don't want to spoil it for you: If They Knew by gottalovev http://gottalovev.livejournal.com/293544.html
Yes, it really is a great topic, I too would enjoy to read about it more. Bye Pam
