Visually Appealing -- The Physical Manifestation of Atlantis

I'm looking for stories where Atlantis assumes a physical body in which to interact with people in Atlantis, and maybe elsewhere -- can be an actual human / humanoid body or hologram, just something that they can all see, at the very least.

Atlantis has an avatar that can be holographic or solid - as she chooses. McShep Pairing, Complete, and ~66,900wds. (And looks like it's the 1st in a series, give me patience, please. LOL!)

Is'nt there one on Area 52 called Atlantis where Atlantis is John and Rodney's mom and Ronon is their dad. They end up deaged. Jack and Daniel is also involved.
