Ok, so I just rewatched Dopplegangers (4x04) and I realized that the cowlicks in John Sheppard's hair can survive even a torrential downpour. However, the hair of Joe Flannigan's poor stunt double apparently can not. Rewatch this scene, people. It's just absolutely amazing.

Now I'm hoping that the community here can provide me with stories with great references to John's hair. It can be the focal point of the story, it can be referenced in a snarky McKay one-liner, whatever you can think of with priceless comments about John's hair. Plot, smut, crack!fic, I am happy to read it all.

I love stories involving Sheppard's Team's Hair Issues. So much, in fact, that I had done an earlier search here (if you haven't seen it, yet): Hair-y Situations (http://community.livejournal.com/sgagenrefinders/582334.html). There are quite a few suggestions in there for Ronon's hair, but there are also quite a few in there for John's hair.

I'd also direct you to my bookmarks for Hair_issues (http://delicious.com/Belas/fandom:SGA+Hair_issues). Again, the stories are a mix of everyone's hair issues, but the summaries will pretty much give you an idea on whose hair. If nothing direct is said, then the hair issue tagged is for the entire team. :)
