Strong McKay

A request in 3 parts:

#1 - McKay as anchor/touchstone/(unofficial)therapist - prefer all or part of the team but I'd be happy with anyone

#2 - People are surprised by McKay's reactions/strength in a dangerous situation

#3 - Someone who should be stronger than him can't cope/winds up a wreck but McKay gets them through (e.g. soldier who should be protecting him).
