Atlantis can't cope

I'm looking for any stories where Rodney really is the one who keeps Atlantis running. Most stories seem to have Zelenka take over as CSO pretty much without problems if Rodney is missing or away so I'm looking for fics where Zelenka and the others can't cope and everything starts to fall apart.

Thank you. Most of these aren't exactly what I was looking for because they are more about people falling apart without him and I was really thinking about the city falling apart. That said, Sandstorms and But Never the Nights are two of my favourite stories so any excuse to re-read them is welcome ;o)

I recc'ed this a few months ago for a different type of request but it would also suit your request as well.
