I'm searching for any stories where the team is offworld and one of the natives takes a shine to Rodney, with either John or all of them having to save him, or talk the natives out of it, fight their way out of it etc.

Kidnapping is fine, non con is fine. Bonus points if John/the team is very protective.

It not exactly fits to your request but some themes are similar. There's story Ship of Fools (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4706084/1/Ship_of_Fools) by InsaneMelon, it set in Atlantis and it's about Rodney haunted by a stalker, and the team is very protective of him.
