Joe/David fics

Hello all! I just finished reading "and be one traveller" where David Hewlett as himself somehow ends up on Atlantis. It's a McShep fic with a little bit of Hewlett/Sheppard/McKay in there too. It's fun and I wanted to know if there are any other fics out there where the 'real' actors come into the fic. I would prefer McShep fics but even if they're not I would love to read any fics that have the real live actors interracting with the charachters somhow. Your subject line suggests that you'd be interested in fics where Joe Flanigan is paired (romantically and/or erotically) with David Hewlett. Is that what you're looking for?

Or are you interested only in fics where the actors play a "gen" role and only the fictional characters are involved in a romantic/erotic pairing?

Either really. I just hadn't read any like the fic I mentioned before and wanted to read more. I expect that there aren't very many of them out there that have the actors playing a role so whatever fics you may know of are very welcome.

Okay, I didn't want to send you to an RPF community if that's not what you're looking for. It's a boundary issue for some people.

There's the sga_rps community which is probably your best bet.

rpf_canada welcomes all RPF as long as at least one of the major "characters" is a Canadian, but it's a new comm and so far I don't think there's been any fic there with SGA cast.

Both have moderated membership.

You need to join fic_of_doom for access; it's an open comm, I think, as I recall joining fast and without problems.

I remember another story in which Rodney wakes up in "the real world" and is confused that everyone is calling him "David", and worst of all, his John (aka Joe) is married! *gasp!shock* Working on finding it now...
