Sheppard's issue with bugs

Hey, looking around for any and all stories dealing with Sheppard's (well-earned) bug-issues, comic, serious, whatever. Any pairing, or gen. Just looking for the bugs!

Oh, and on a separate note, are there any fics sort of like The Storm and The Eye, where Sheppard is unexpectedly awesome at combat? Or even expectedly awesome, whichever. Just, where his hand to hand skills, or sneakiness, or black-ops skills are a major part of the story. Again, all or no pairings welcome! ^_^ Thanks, guys.
