Atlantis Secedes from Earth

cesperanza's awesome Written By the Victors has left me seriously craving other "Atlantis secedes from Earth" stories. Or, really, any kind of "Colony Atlantis is on its own for whatever reason" story would be awesome -- something along the lines of the amazing Retrograde series would be wonderful.

Any suggestions?

Are you also interested in stories in which the expedition loses Atlantis and has to set up shop at some planet, cut off from (mostly all) civilization (including Earth) so they build their own? I know it might be a whole different ballgame, but I thought I'd better check. :-)
