Sheppard-centric gen fic?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for any Sheppard-centric gen fics with references to his past in black/special ops. Or any Sheppard gen fic where maybe he has to make a tough or morally ambiguous military decision for the good of Atlantis/the team/civilians.

I know of a few fics that might fit what you are looking for. They're all really well written and I don't read slash, so all are strictly gen. :)

For the first part of your request:

Custer's Last Stand (http://www.offpanel.net/dmz/sga/custer.html) and Officers Call (http://www.offpanel.net/dmz/sga/officerscall.html) by Domenika Marzione. Both are Lorne POVs on Sheppard and how he interacts with and trains the Atlantis military contingent. Both have mentions of Sheppard's Special Ops training (or speculation about it. :) )

More Than Meets The Eye (http://wildcat88.livejournal.com/12217.html#cutid1) by wildcat88. It's Lorne's POV of Common Ground, with his thoughts about Sheppard's past.

An Ever-Fixed Mark (http://www.thestade.com/khk15.html) by K Hanna Korossy. This one doesn't mention Sheppard's Special Ops background specifically, but it's pretty heavily implied throughout. Rodney POV.

My favorite fic that fits the second part of your request has to be:
