Vampire Stories
Mar. 16th, 2010 06:41 pmI just read " Bloodlust " by Chaps1870 and it was so good!
I was wondering if there are any other Vampire stories.
They can be McBeckett, McShep, straight with Teyla, Keller, Weir, or even non romance ones, anything at all! :-D
I've read a few Vampire stories so far and am suddenly really starting to get a taste for them (pardon the pun ;-D ).
I was wondering if anyone would have any vampire stories at all out there :-D
I'd especially like ones where either no one knows that whom ever is a Vampire, and or the other person ( whether it be John, Rodney, or Carson or whoever ) has no idea.
Also, if the one who is a Vampire, if they Mark and / or claim the other character as their own (or even the entire population of Atlantis *chuckle!* ) that would be cool also.
But in the end, ANYTHING AT ALL, that's Vampire related, romantic or non, and is a GOOD story, or you think is well written at least, I'll take! :-D
Thanks! :-D

Date: 2010-03-16 11:53 pm (UTC)Did you see this earlier search (http://community.livejournal.com/sgagenrefinders/609697.html)? It also has links in the comments to a search before that one, too.... (of course, most of the links are for McShep pairing -- only one listed for Sheppard/Zelenka pairing, and I don't remember how many, if any, are gen!fic.)

Date: 2010-03-17 12:00 am (UTC)Mostly the SGA and SG1 stories are side stories or back stories to the main event, but they're great. Especially when Daniel meets the Ancient, the first vampire ever. I about peed myself laughing at that.
Just a warning though, Sylum is password protected, so you have to join the security group to read but it is SO SO worth it. It's also what I call, THE MASSIVE CROSSOVER OF DOOM! If there's been a movie about it, the characters have been thrown in, if only mentioned in passing. Bruce Wayne, vampire. King Arthur, vampire. Methos, vampire. Indiana Jones, vampire. Uh, Daniel, vampire like I said. So it does get confusing but it's epic length and so damn good.
Here's the link to the front page so you can find the security group if you want to give it a go: http://www.sylumclan.com/
And then here's the link to my most favorite Stargate Sylum story, so you don't have to go looking. http://www.sylumclan.com/SylumManor/ManorArchive/viewstory.php?sid=24&chapter=1
Here's another cool Sylum story: http://www.sylumclan.com/SylumManor/ManorArchive/viewstory.php?sid=23&chapter=1 about how vampires and Wraith are related.
Hope you like it!

I was really cautious at first, but they were so good, it's what got me hooked well enough to read the "Bloodlust" one. :-D
Thanks for your comment! :-D
