Military women

Am I right in thinking there weren't any military women with the expedition in season 1? I'd like to see stories with Teyla noticing this, or that have her meeting the military women who join the expedition later (i.e. Cadman - but also Carter, Teldy et al).

Or just stories with Teyla and the Atlantis military (and other) women working together/saving the day - along the lines of Strength and honor are her clothing by kajikia

re stories, nothing's jumping out (though I have the vaguest memory of maaaaybe having read a different story where Miko and a bunch of other women save the day?), but aithine's list of Atlantis personnel (http://aithine.org/sga/sga-earth-personnel.htm) shows that Lt. Crown in that story "Strength and honor" was a canon female military member of the original expedition.
