Hurt Rodney? Emotional hurt - like he truy believes he is worthess or that the team have never really been his friends such as seen in Sandstorms by mithreon  theough chapters 3-6. Physical hurt can also be featured. Gen is okay but I'd love some McShep recs here! Please help me out!

It's chock full of links to fics that pretty much fit your request. Mostly McKay/Sheppard, some are better than others, but there is a brief summary for each fic (with lemon chicken ratings for how angsty it is!) so you can have a good browse.

The essay at the beginning describing the phenomenon of Post-Trinity angst is very funny and well worth a read as well.
