False Arrest/Accusation fics?

Are there any McShep fics that feature either John or Rodney being accused or arrested for a crime they didn't commit? I know there are a few where they are accused of something offworld, but I'm looking for something more along the lines of crime, police, etc. Many thanks for any suggestions you can come up with!

I remember seeing a great one years ago where the British police (Scotland Yard, or something like that?) were looking into the death of Peter Grodin (whom they think might have been murder), only to find that Rodney, their prime suspect, was dead? Only to find that the Genii faked his death, and they help Atlantis rescue him? Sorry, you might have to send this to storyfinders to find this one, because I can't remember title or author. And there's no guarantee that it's even still up... :(
