Battle Fatigue fics.

I looking for stories that show John's past or present events catching up with him and resulting in battle fatigue symptoms. Fics with the team supporting him though it would be most welcome. Bonus points if the problem is overlooked by his friends and family until it hits hard.

Also stories that may involve John in providing advice/support to other military members who may be suffering from Battle fatigue, PTS, depression etc.
