Sheppard and Caldwell

I've looked through all the tags but can't find what I want. I'm seeking a story or stories where Caldwell really has it in for Sheppard. Finding fault with everythihg he does, second guesses his military decisions, is disrespectful, etc. Are there any fics out there that fit the bill. Preferably wtih Sheppard winning Caldwell's reluctant respect in the end.

I don't know if this exactly fits but there is a series I tink called "Astaroth" by Orithain and Rina on infinitum4.com in which John is an Ori and Caldwell has fits about it. It's Mcshep and the Atlantis crew supports him but Caldwell and the Daedelus have issues that don't get resolved

I'm not sure how exactly this relates to your request, other than it's an episode tag for "Conversion" & Sheppard is having one heck of a hissy fit over decisions Caldwell made while he was out of commission -- "Like Diffusing a Bomb" (http://khohen1.livejournal.com/580418.html) by kHo (khohen1). There is no actual appearance of Caldwell during the course of this story.
