This request comes in three parts. I'm looking for any stories:

That show McKay in his role as CSO, leading the rest of the scientists.

Where McKay temporarily takes control due to a science related emergency like Lost at Sea (giving orders to soldiers, Weir & Sheppard).

Where the science team are completely loyal/devoted to him (even if he doesn't notice). Loyalty from the Military would also be good.

Thank you so much for these. Most of them are old favourites but I didn't know that Pegasus Purgatorio was finished or that the 2009 Big Bang archive (http://sgabigbang.talkoncorners.net/?view=year&year=2009) was open!
