Looking for stories where people refuse to take Rodney's crap.

We all know that Rodney McKay does have a tendency to say and do hurtful things without a second thought, and it made me wonder if there are any stories where someone, be it Sheppard, Zelenka, Weir, his sister or anyone else calls him on it. I would be especially grateful if someone could point me to stories where the marines or the scientists that work under him reach their breaking point.

I'm NOT looking for stories where Rodney is bashed, OR stories where someone fairly points out that Rodney is acting like an ass and then gets punished for being honest.

It can be Zelenka tiring of being given derogatory names (Dr Fumbles McStupid anyone?) or where someone noticed that he's a first class academic snob (just look at the way he and Daniel openly mocks Sheppard in First Contact) or where Jeannie calls him on being a lousy brother/uncle. OR, you can make my wildest dream come true and direct me to stories that deal with his sexist behaviour.

I just think that someone needs to kick Rodney's ass, just a little.

Fractures (http://artaxastra.livejournal.com/314185.html?style=mine) by artaxastra sort of fits. The confrontation with Rodney happens off-screen though (after Sanctuary Teyla asks John to speak with Rodney on her behalf as she is deeply offended by the way he acted in the village).

I'm basically a Rodneygal but I have to admit, TPTB had David Hewlitt say some gawdawful terrible lines, so I'm there with ya on this!
