Pre-Atlantis fics McKay/Sheppard

Hi, so I've got a meme on my LJ at the moment about what we want to see more of in fanfic and was reminded how much I enjoy pre-atlantis fics (eg John and Rodney meet at Antarctica and 'get together').

Can anyone recommend any good ones? There's a specific one I'm after that I've posted about on storyfinders but I'd love to get hold of some new ones too!

Have you checked under the pre-SGA/backstory (http://community.livejournal.com/sgagenrefinders/tag/pre-sga/backstory) tag? On a previous search I've recced this rec list (http://del.icio.us/ultimateficarchiver/mckay/sheppard+pre-series?setcount=50), which has many totally awesome stories. Well, since I was just talking about this very thing, I should contribute, right? Some of my favorites are:
Second Chances (http://community.livejournal.com/sga_flashfic/172811.html) by z_rayne. It's the one where they meet on the airplane.

Experience (http://community.livejournal.com/sga_flashfic/353935.html) by resonant8. It's the one where they were neighbors as teenagers and they fooled around all summer so Rodney wouldn't go to college a virgin.

What it Gives (http://chelle.slashcity.org/atlantis/whatitgives/shtml) by mmmchelle. It's the one (okay, one of the ones) where John and Rodney hook up in a bar right before he ships out. Excellent sex in this one.

And a recent one: Where We've Been Before (http://helens78.livejournal.com/330932.html) by helens78. This is another pre-Atlantis bar hook up. Shorter than chelle's, but still fun.

My favorite two are "Intersections," by Kaneko, which has already been mentioned, and Harsh Continent, (http://community.livejournal.com/mckay_sheppard/644310.html) by 30toseoul, which is especially wonderful because the writer has actually been to McMurdo and she gives you a really good sense of what it's like to live there.

It's a sign of how much I love these stories that I keep re-reading them. I hit a couple of old favorites recently and thought "Ooh, I should go add those to that sgagenrefinders post." So:

Class 6 (http://ladyflowdi.livejournal.com/328626.html) by ladyflowdi is the one where Rodney and John meet in the Class 6 of McMurdo and hot sex ensues.

Second Time (http://lamardeuse.dreamhost.com/sg/secondtime.html) by lamardeuse is the one where Rodney met John at a party when they were teenagers. They watch hockey and hot sex ensues. (I think there's a recurring theme here.)
