mental illness/difficult diagnosis

Looking for a couple of different things, and skimming through tags; didn't know where I might find them.

1) Is there fic out there where Rodney has some sort of mental illness: schizophrenia, bi-polar, etc? Sort of "Beautiful Mind" like.

2) Someone on the team gets sick off-world, and Carson has a difficult time diagnosing and treating. I'm thinking like a House episode, but am not looking for a crossover.
