Bad Weir?

I'm wondering if there are fics out there that have a bad Weir, not goauld/ori/NID bad, but petty/vindictive/selfish/egotistical/politician kind of bad.  Something like Tarlan's sentience series.  Actually, that's the one that made me want to read more stories with a flawed Weir.  McShep would be perfect, but I like gen too, as long as there's a lot of John and Rodney in them.

Enlightenment (http://luthien.livejournal.com/466481.html) by luthien doesn't have evil!Weir, but her particular hang-ups prove disastrous for a trade mission, and she doesn't seem like a nice person. (McKay/Sheppard inside)

I think Crazy-obsessed has Repercussions on crossroads that might fit. It has Weir willing to abandon John to Kolya cause of orders from Earth.

A little late, but And All We Have (http://sgabigbang.talkoncorners.net/index.php?view=fic&id=6) by seekergeek has a prejudiced and somewhat xenophobic Weir. It's McShep and also long and satisfying. As a bonus, it's been podficced (http://community.livejournal.com/sgapodfic/113092.html).
