Pregnant!John?

This started as random curiosity but now I'm genuinely puzzled.  SGA has plenty of McShep MPreg, but I've honestly never seen one where John is pregnant.  Does it exist?  Does he make really horrible puns and refer to himself as Jack Harkness?  Anyone?

I have no recs, but I am amused by this post mainly because some months ago, I made the exact same request, only I had made the observation that it always seems to be John who gets knocked up, and if there were any fics where it was Rodney's turn.

So, what, based on this, all MPREG fics are an elaborate illusion?!
