The Lost Language of Flowers (http://community.livejournal.com/non_mcsmooch/4598.html?style=mine) by busaikko is a wonderful episode tag to Remnants, and is also notable for being the only Sheppard/Parrish story in existence. :)

busaikko has also written two excellent Sheppard/Woolsey stories: Mr Woolsey's Guide to Diplomacy in the Pegasus Galaxy (http://busaikko.livejournal.com/106433.html) and But There Is Neither East Nor West (http://community.livejournal.com/non_mcsmooch/4331.html?style=mine).

The Hunting Stories (http://www.ltljverse.com/watergate/huntingindex.htm) verse by Victoria Custer is my personal favourite John/OMC story. There's romance, h/c and action, and the OMC is great. It's a perfect read for a Saturday.

At The Hour When We Are Trembling (http://frostfire-17.livejournal.com/112600.html) by frostfire_17 is John/Daniel Jackson. It's a long and pretty dark story, and it somehow makes John/Daniel make sense (which is a pretty impressive feat).

Not true! Observation & Experimentation [http://slybrarian.dreamwidth.org/41931.html] by slybrarian (part of the author's Discontinuity series) is a foursome/gangbang pwp that includes Sheppard/Parrish.
