Sam in charge

I was thinking recently on how much I enjoy the charcter of Sam in Season 9 and 10 of SG1 and her stint on SGA and found myself wondering if there are fics  about Sam's time in charge.
 
I'd like praticularly fics who see her interacting in a positive way with the established characters.

Slash, Gen or Femmeslash but no Keller.
