so I'm looking for two types of fics:

1. I just saw SG-1's "The Road Not Taken" (I know, I know, how can anyone be so slow, but still) and now I'm desperate for good Sam/Lorne fics. Anyone got any? I will worship you, I swear.

2. Yesterday I read Let the world spin madly on by briar_pipe and thus entered into the wonderful world of John/Laura/Rodney. Please tell me there are more out there!

For request 1, I think the penultimate fic would have to be the devastating and beautiful "The Fine Art of Self-Destruction:" (http://community.livejournal.com/sg_rarepairings/32484.html)

It's so good I think most people have sort of been scared even to approach the pairing. There are very few stories out there with that couple. The great RowenaR (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4713839/13/A_hundred_ways) wrote a lovely Lorne/Cadman reaction fic to that story as part of her "A Hundred Ways" series. It's a tag to that episode and has past Lorne/Sam, so would meet your request as well.
