Try the supernatural/mythical (http://community.livejournal.com/sgagenrefinders/tag/supernatural/mythical) tag, I'm sure you'll find plenty of werewolf and vampire stories.

I just came across Bound by Wild Desire by pushkin666. Our Rodney finds himself in an alternate universe where a quarter of the atlantis expedition are vampires. There are only 6 chapters and a couple of supporting stories but WOW. I hope the author does more soon.
