Tag to 2.14 Grace Under Pressure

Does anyone know of a tag to Grace Under Pressure that looks at Zelenka's reactions to the puddle jumper malfunction? He was the one that supervised the repairs and the one that asked Rodney to go on a test flight in his place. I figure he must feel pretty guilty, even though nobody really mentioned it in the episode.
