Has anybody written a fusion of SGA and Jeeves and Wooster?  Perhaps with Rodney and John as J&W, or vice versa?  If not, who can I go to in order to demand such a fic be written immediately?

Lol yeah, he'd be perpetually contracting engagements much like Bertie, and have to rely on his brilliant but somewhat caustic manservant Rodney to get him out of them. And Rodney would always invent nifty gadgets to make life easier, which is one of the reasons John keeps him around even though he's constantly making snide remarks about John's purposeless lifestyle, reckless misadventures, uncontrollable hair, et. al.
